Northern Territory Training Awards
NT Training Awards is the Department of Employment, Education and Training’s annual premier event recognising training excellence and achievements by Territory businesses, training organisations, apprentices, trainees and students. The awards are presented annually as official recognition of merit and excellence contributing to high standards of training and for personal achievement through vocational education and training (VET) sector.
The DEET NT Training Awards consists of two categories, student and organisational, with twelve awards in total. Winners of ten award categories will go on to represent the Northern Territory at the Australian Training Awards, which will be held in Darwin at the Darwin Convention Centre, in November 2008. The NT Training Awards gala presentation evening will be held at the Darwin Convention Centre on the 13 September 2008.
The Awards are in their 53rd year and will be launched in April 2008.
Workshops will be held in regional areas to provide information on how to nominate, how you can present evidence to get the judges attention and tips for a good nomination. More
